[VM] start up script to install apache and index page showing information of client, vn

VM 생성시 해당 스크립트를 실해하면 아파치를 설치하고 welcome 페이지 대신 client IP 와 name 그리고 VM의 region 과 zone 을 보여주는 페이로 대체된다.
